Terms of Service

Effective April 22, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of SignalGuide, a product operated by Go Ventures LLC ("SignalGuide", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

SignalGuide connects to your Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Ads data and produces reports, briefings, and dashboards from that data. Specific features depend on your plan.

2. Your account

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use SignalGuide.
  • You are responsible for keeping your Google account and SignalGuide login secure.
  • You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
  • If you use SignalGuide on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company to these Terms.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Connect Google accounts you don't have permission to access.
  • Resell access to the service without written agreement (Agency plan permits white-labeled client reports).
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to disrupt the service.
  • Use the service to violate any law or third-party right.

4. Subscriptions and billing

  • Paid plans are billed monthly in advance by Stripe.
  • Fees are in US dollars and are non-refundable, except where required by law.
  • Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel any time in Settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal.
  • If payment fails and isn't resolved within 14 days, we may suspend or downgrade your account.

5. Trial

The 14-day Pro trial, when offered, gives full Pro-tier access. If you don't subscribe by the end of the trial, your account reverts to a read-only Free tier with scheduled reports paused.

6. Your data

You retain all rights to data you connect to SignalGuide, including the Google data we read on your behalf. By using the service you grant us the limited license necessary to operate the service: to read, process, analyze, store, and deliver reports generated from that data, as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Our intellectual property

The SignalGuide software, design, documentation, and written analysis generated by the service are owned by Go Ventures LLC or our licensors. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during your subscription.

8. Termination

  • You can close your account at any time in Settings.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these Terms, fraud, or non-payment.
  • On termination, your access ends and we purge your data per the retention section of the Privacy Policy.

9. Service availability

We strive for high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance and may change features from time to time. Scheduled reports depend on Google's APIs being available.

10. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. SignalGuide's analyses are informational and should not be the sole basis for material business decisions.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Go Ventures LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Indemnification

You will indemnify Go Ventures LLC against claims arising from your misuse of the service, violation of these Terms, or violation of any law or third-party right.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Alameda County, California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email or in-app at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the new Terms.
