For SEO agencies

Stop hand-writing client reports.

Up to 10 client sites, white-label PDFs, per-client schedules and Slack channels — all on the Agency tier at $199/mo. Built for the weekly client-report grind.

~$2K/mo

saved in analyst labor for a 10-client agency that switches from hand-built Looker reports to SignalGuide. Math below.

Built for agencies

The grind, automated.

01 · Multi-site switcher

Flip between client accounts in one click.

No re-auth, no juggling logins. Every client site is in one workspace. Switch from /acme to /globex in a single click and pick up exactly where you left off.

02 · White-label PDFs

Your branding. Your domain. Your tone.

Logo, footer, and PDF skin are yours. Clients see your brand on the report, not ours. Ship it as-is or hand-edit the cover note before you send.

03 · Per-client schedules + Slack

Every client gets the cadence they want.

Weekly for the retainer accounts, monthly for the maintenance accounts, on-demand for the founder who wants Slack pings. Set it once per client and forget it.

The math

$199 vs $3,000. Same report.

The cost of a junior analyst doing this work by hand vs SignalGuide doing it on a schedule. Run the numbers on your own client book.

Agency FAQ

What agency owners ask first.

Your logo, your domain on shareable links, your footer text, and the report PDF cover are all fully branded. Clients open the briefing and see your agency, not SignalGuide.

Yes. The Agency tier includes read-only client access — invite the client by email, they get a scoped login to view their own site's briefings and dashboard. No SignalGuide branding in front of them.

US-based. We never persist raw GA4 or Search Console data beyond what's needed to compute the briefing — query results, cluster aggregates, and findings. You can delete a site and its history any time from Settings.

One Google OAuth per site, roughly 60 seconds end-to-end. Either you connect on the client's behalf (most common) or they connect once and grant your agency access. Either way the briefings start that same day.

Try it on your messiest client first.

14-day Agency trial. No card. Connect one client site, send them the first white-label briefing this week.
